Our free taster sessions give you a feel for what the DeRose Method is all about. We have a good chat with you, find out about your past and current abilities, and your objectives so we can scale your practise appropriately.

The next step is to learn the fundamental techniques required for the DeRose Method, and for our daily classes. Over the course of the fundamental sessions, you will start learning the full spectrum of human performance in a way that is metabolisable, safe, challenging and enjoyable for all experience levels.
